Autism Sleep Support

This service provides individualized sleep support for autistic children and their families, led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and pediatric sleep specialist. Using evidence-based behavioral strategies and neurodiversity-affirming practices, we assess your child’s current sleep patterns, sensory needs, routines, and environmental factors that may be impacting sleep.

Families receive a personalized sleep plan designed to improve bedtime routines, sleep onset, night wakings, and overall sleep quality while respecting each child’s developmental and sensory profile. Support includes parent coaching, practical strategies you can implement at home, and ongoing guidance to help your child build healthy, sustainable sleep habits.

This service is ideal for families seeking specialized sleep support that integrates behavioral science with an understanding of autism and child development. This service may also be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your insurance plan and diagnosis.
