Our Approach
Our guidance is centered on three core pillars:
Understanding the "Why": We identify the underlying needs your child is communicating through their actions, allowing for more effective and compassionate responses.
Practical Skill Acquisition: We focus on teaching replacement behaviors and practical coping skills that empower both you and your child.
Collaborative Partnership: We work alongside you to design strategies that align with your family's values and daily reality, ensuring the plan is manageable and effective.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than six years of experience in the field, I am committed to helping parents navigate the complexities of their child’s sleep and behavior. My goal is to replace uncertainty with confidence, equipping you with the tools to guide your child with compassion and clarity.
Better Days Behavior Consulting was born from a desire to make expert behavioral support available to everyone. I recognized that traditional, insurance-based ABA services often leave families behind due to costs, eligibility, or extensive wait times. Our practice offers a personalized, parent-centered avenue for change that is unencumbered by the limitations of traditional insurance models.
Outside of my professional practice, I value quality time with my family and stay active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and creative projects like crocheting and embroidery.
I look forward to partnering with you to shape a brighter future for your family.
